William Borrill has more than 30 years of legal experience in Utica, N.Y and the Mohawk Valley. His practice focuses on personal injury, real estate closings, wills, family law, matrimonial, estate proceedings and local court traffic matters 

William began his own practice in 1996 and his office is currently located at 23 Oxford Road, New Hartford, New York 

William is a graduate from the University of Dayton Law School (1989) and admitted to the New York State Bar in 1990  

William is a current member of the Oneida County Bar Association. system.

William is on the Board of Oneida County Sheriff's Law Enforcement Foundation
